How many cleaners per visit? Will the same cleaners be at each visit?Depending on the size and cleanliness of the location. Commercial cleanings: For first time office cleanings, we typically send a team of 3-4. Any recurring cleanings will be done by 1-2 of the same team members from the initial deep cleaning. Residential cleanings: Our house cleanings will have a team of 2-3 for the first time cleaning. Any recurring cleanings will be done by the same 1-2 members from the initial deep cleaning.

How much does your services cost?We do not charge on an hourly basis. Commercial cleaning: We charge per square footage depending on the frequency of the cleaning. We do charge a one-time cleaning fee that is typically a higher rate than a recurring cleaning. Residential cleaning: We charge per room for residential cleanings. Each room of the house has a different price based on the type (kitchen vs. bedroom). So, we do not base our cleanings strictly on square footage. *** We do not charge hourly, so whatever your estimate is, will be final; even if we take longer than anticipated.***

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major forms of payment: Cash, check, debit and credit cards Commercial cleaning: Our commercial contracts are typically billed on a net 30 cycle unless directed otherwise Residential cleaning: Our first time cleanings are typically charged directly after the cleaning. Any recurring cleanings will be sent via email for online payments unless directed otherwise.

How does the booking process work?We have a few different ways to book an appointment with us. We highly recommend an online estimate prior to any actual booking of your cleaning. We provide both residential and commercial online estimates based on the description and needs you provide. After completing an online estimate, someone will contact you via email or text message within 24 with a detailed estimate link to your estimate breakdown. We can provide an in-person walkthrough, however, do to Covid-19, we are limiting our walkthrough availability.

Does anyone have to be home for the cleaners?Nope! No one has to be there when we enter and leave the premises, as long as you provide information about how to enter and exit. We will send an email or text 30 minutes before we are done incase you want to do a final walkthrough.

Do you provide all the chemicals and supplies?We provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment aside from a vacuum cleaner. If you have any specific requests on the types of chemicals we use, please let us know in advance.
